Palm Beach County Home Prices Climb as Inventory Decreases...
The cumulative median sales price, including single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums in Palm Beach County, was 2.5 percent above February 2011, up from $122,000 to $125,000, and up 4.6 percent from the previous month of $119,500. The median single-family home price showed a significant increase from $175,000 the previous month to $190,000.
